Tasting Notes

Very pale gold with a fine, persistent bead. The nose displays aromas of shortbread and fresh strawberries. The palate is rich and balanced with delicate brioche and a fine creamy finish with a crisp natural acidity.

This wine is a perfect match for any celebration: either on its own, or paired with natural oysters, delicious butter shortbread cookies or freshly caught fried squid.
