As a passionate amateur war historian, Amelia and Trent's Father often likes to share his war knowledge. His passion stemmed from our forebears who fought for our country, a fact that has instilled in us a sense of pride. That sense of pride is also felt for their Father’s winemaking career. As a leader discovering the microclimate best suited to Barossan Cabernet Sauvignon, they felt there was no better name to represent their father.

The palate is a full rich mouthful of red wine, with loads of coffee/mocha characters, firm cabernet tannins and well-balanced finish. a classic "best of both worlds" blend of Eden Valley and Barossa Valley cabernet.
