Lifted confectionary raspberry fruit characters with some stand-out sweet cinnamon spice and hints of earthy complexity. An interesting and very complex combination of the 3 varieties. The palate is rich and silky showing plenty of the raspberry fruit characters associated with Barossa Shiraz. Subtle confectionary flavours and ever-present Grenache tannins are upfront on the palate transitioning to long earthy lingering flavours and tannins of Mataro. A well-balanced palate showcasing all three varieties in one complex blended wine.
